inboxSEO Privacy Policy - Sept 2010

For users of our services, we collect email addresses, names, and websites that is either voluntarily entered into our system, or implicitly volunteered by interacting with us over email. We use this information to provide services to you, and is not share or sold to other companies for commercial services in personally or individually identifiable ways. We may share aggregate marketing data to third parties but this will never be your email address, websites, keywords, or ranking information.

There are a few other cases we may need to share your information, such as when we must share information in order to investigate or take action regarding illegal activities, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Also, we may transfer information about you if we are aquired by or merged with another company or organization. If this happens we will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Gathering and Usage

When you register, we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, keyword data for your site, and credit card information. We may ask for logins to third party sites such as Google Analytics or others as appropriate. Either/Or LLC uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run inboxSEO. Although Either/Or LLC owns the code, databases, and all rights to the inboxSEO application, you retain all rights to your data.

Disclosure

Either/Or LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

Either/Or LLC may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your inboxSEO primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
